Information we collect. We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when enquiring about a work, contacting us or subscribing to the newsletter — name, email, phone number and message.

How we use it. We use this information to answer requests, provide information about auctions and works, and send communications you have explicitly requested. An artwork enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and local storage. The current site does not use non-essential cookies or advertising trackers. Essential technical storage may be used when required to deliver and secure the service.

Your rights. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, and unsubscribe from communications at any time by writing to spiti@spiti.auction.
